Sammy Hagar is a Grammy award-winning musician and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee. After stints in the band Montrose and a string of 8 solo albums, Sammy joined Van Halen in 1985 and took the band to unprecedented heights with four Number 1 albums. He thrived again as a solo artist, founded the Cabo Wabo Cantina in Mexico, developed the premium Cabo Wabo Tequila and Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum and expanded his restaurant brands into nine locations including Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe and a series of airports and casinos. He currently fronts the bands Chickenfoot and Sammy Hagar and The Circle, has released two New York Times bestselling books and is heavily involved in many philanthropic endeavors including “Acoustic-4-A-Cure” the annual pediatric cancer benefit concert he co-founded with James Hetfield (Metallica).
